Fashion Designer Lela Rose has a new collection out for Payless Shoes! (yep!) The fall 2010 New York Fashion Week looks were pretty simple and girly...almost a "school-girl" look to them. A more demure shoe design unlike other Payless collaborators Abaete and Christian Siriano (Project Runway) whose looks definitely take a more edgy approach. p.s...did you know that Lela Rose graduated from the University of Colorado before her fabulous shoe design studies at Parson's School of Design in NY?!
