Scary platform shoe-thing!

I was on Endless.com today looking for fun wedges when this "thing" popped up!

I am not sure what they are...but I am pretty sure that if you are four feet tall these would really come in handy!
Or, if you just wanted to be scary for a day and tower over people.
Or, maybe you are a superhero. (a small one)
Or a transformer??
