What's with all the "sexy" camping boots?

Everywhere I look online and in stores I see these hiking boot/camping boot/wood-sy whatever you wana call it...boots! Not that you could do anything "outdoors" in these sassy boots except shop maybe, or sit and drink coffee!!! Who the heck started this craze anyway?? Fur lined, shearling details, lace-up galore! Paired back to a flannel shirt and skinny jeans....chic?? I guess so, because they are all over the place! Here are a few styles I found, see what you think! A fashion yes?
