I have not decided if this is a "gotta have it" look for spring but I am LOVING it on Carrie Underwood. I really like the contrast of the casual chambray and cotton tank dress with the glam gold booties and clutch!
I would wear them with black leggings and a sexy silk tank or a party dress!
It's kindof a DISCO look, have to have confidence to sport these around town!
