I thought, as my first blog, it would be fun to let you all know that I got engaged on December 26th in NYC! Of course we will have to celebrate which calls for yes...a new pair of pretty party shoes!
My boyfriend and I set out to go to breakfast but once we were outside, we started heading towards Central Park (were we going to eat in the rain, in the park?). I started to complain to my boyfriend that I was cold and that we were going the wrong way! He ignored me and kept walking. We reached the park and after we had walked a few minutes he turned to me and asked me to marry him! Total Surprise!
So, it turned out to be a wonderful weekend with my fiance, family and a sparkling new friend on my left hand to stare at! ;)
